Here is what I have found:
Cadwallader John Coker was unmarried but he had an older brother Lewis Coker (1890-1944) who married Doreen Margaret Helen Chichester. They had one child, Denise Aubrey Doreen Coker (1931-1985). In 1955 she married Gilbert Allan Rowland Boyd, the 6th Baron Kilmarnock. They had two children, Jonathan Aubrey Lewis Boyd (1956-) and Timothy Iain Boyd (1959-).
So these two Boyds will be grandnephews of Cadwallader Lewis Coker. Fortunately, the marriage into the family of the Barons of Kilmarnock means that we have addresses thanks to publications like Cracroft's Peerage:

As you will see, this gives the following addresses:
- Jonathan Aubrey Lewis Boyd, heir presumptive to the Barony of Kilmarnock, of Evelyn Gardens, London
- Timothy Iain Boyd, of Flat 2, 23 Ladbroke Crescent, London W11
The addresses seem reasonably up to date (April 2009) according to the website, but they shouldn't be too difficult to trace otherwise. For example, Timothy Iain Boyd is a company director and so his current address will be available through 192.com, as is Robin Jordan Boyd's the current Baron Kilmarnock.
