My interest is mainly medieval but I also like the pre Roman and Roman period a lot. My found I like the most is a obole from Pepin 2nd struck in Limoges. It is the 3rd known of its kind.
Currently I am on a holiday with my wife and som nearby Orleans. To be more exact, nearby Gien. I would like to go and search in this area, however, I do not know the regulations. Are there some metal detectorist in this area that could help me or that want to join me on a search for history?
