I do not think so; the tokens you show are in plumb,and much older than than those in this book;
I'm not sure that a recent book exists about The early medieval tokens (well,not so early: 11th to 14th,approximatly)...
I remember that a book had been written about that( if I do remember well...),end of 19th century...I do not remember the title,but will try to find it a bit later...
I've found some of these tokens,strucked sometimes in different towns to replace real coins in the south of France,and they are very similar with yours.

I think that there is no book really complete about these pseudo-coins,for 2 reasons minimum;

-it was not some official coins, so no registers.
-every town or bishops could make some ,sometimes just during a short time.

and if somebody tries to do a book, he will probably prefer to write it about his own country,don't you think so?
You say there is commonly A or R on your tokens; cannot it be the first letter of a town, very close to the place where you did found them? or for the name of a bishop?
