Et pour le coup ça peut être intéressant quand on est en all metal , par exemple lui en 2 tons et il met les ferreux en aigue mais très bas à 1 de volume et tout les reste sur une note assez grave 4 et très fort :
Neil Jones Equinox Program
Winkler
Minelab Equinox 800 - 600
Detector Mode...... Field 2 All Metal.
Frequency............... Multi
Volume Adjust........ 25
Tone Volume........... T1- 1 to have the iron tones on the lowest volume so you can only just hear them in the background or 0 so you don't hear iron at all but it's still all metal. And T2 - 25 so nonferrous if loud and clear.
Threshold Level...... Your choice.
Threshold Pitch...... 1
Target Tone..............2
Tone Pitch.................. T1- 23 T2- 4
Recovery Speed......... 8
Ground Balance......... I don't bother.
Sensitivity................... As much as you can handle
These settings will give a low tone for all none ferrous finds and a very high tone, but quiet for iron, mainly because I have Tone Volume T1 set at level 1. If you don’t want to hear iron at all put tone volume T1 to level 0 and you won't hear iron, but it's still in all metal.
This setting is great for really mineralised hotspots, all the non-ferrous tones really ‘POP’ and it makes detecting too easy!!
When you hit a hotspot swing slow, low and steady scraping the surface to make full use of the fast recovery speed and Winkle away. When all the obvious signals are gone home in on the tiniest signs of a low tone if unsure scrape some soil away with your boot or push the coil down a bit harder while moving the coil side to side to get a more obvious signal. Have a go to see if it suits your environment or detecting style!!
